Question / Help Best settings for my system?

Hey guys!

I'm a German gamer, who wants to stream some CSGO and some other games but most of all CSGO.

I tried so much to get the perfect Settings on my Computer but it still doesn't work. Why ever. When I start in obs the stream and go into CSGO there is directly fps Drops of doom and it's unplayable for me then.

I don't know what I can do so I thought maybe someone of you could help me?

My specs:
-CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
-Motherboard: GIGABYTE Ultra Durable Z97X-SLI
-Grafikkarte: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
-RAM: 16 GB DDR4
-Monitor 1: Asus VG248QE
-Monitor 2: Asus VX248H
-OS: Windows 7 x64
100 Down and 4,3 Uploadspeed.

After installing try the auto settings first. It should stream properly, if the video lags than change the bitrate of cbr and try.

Dude, can't you read first the thread please? I allready did what you tell me here! I played with standard settings than i tried to change a little but it still doesn't work. I still got minilaggs/spikes and fpsdrops from NORMAL: 300 to WITH OBS:240 thats unplayable.
