Question / Help Best settings for my stream ?

I'm trying to stream League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive
Specs:
i5 3210m (2.5ghz turbot boost to 3 ghz)
4GB Ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 630m 2gb
1366x768 Monitor (2 monitors)
Windows 7 64bit

I have about 5mb down and 1mb up
I live in Indonesia and trying to stream NA League of Legends

Your upload is pretty much going to be completely utilized by the game you're playing. I wouldn't recommend streaming with your net speed, unfortunately.

Alright thank you for your reply, and if i do try to stream my fps drops to about 30-40 fps from fps about 70-170. this is not caused by the internet speed right? And one more thing, which speed is recommended to be able to stream?

Generally, You're going to want a 3mb Up or greater for streaming at bare minimum. You can do it at lower but the quality would be pretty bad. Streaming takes PC resources, so it is common to lose FPS when streaming PC games. Up to date rigs should have no problem dealing with it though (It's not that bad. )
