Question / Help Best settings for my setup

Hello I have an i5 6500 cpu
1070 8g asus
16 ddr4 ram
and my upload is 5-6 m, downloadspeed 30 m ****( it's an LTE connection not adsl or fiber)
what are the best settings for me to stream league of legends and rainbow six siege ?

please help I can't find best settings between in game ping and streaming quality

There is tons of vids on youtube, but it really depends on how your connection is stable.
If you ask me i would go 2000kbs @30fps 720p.Your rig is able to handle much more, you can go 3000/3500kbs 60fps, but your viewers may exp lag.If you're partnered that would be different story, but like i said i would go for 2000 @30 fps 720p, sweet spot.
