Question / Help Best settings for my setup

Hi!

So I am streaming for a long time, and want to get as much quality in my stream as I can.
Would be nice if you guys help me with setting up OBS.

So this is my setup:

Internet - 100down/100up

Proc: i7 4770K clocked to 4,2GHz
Graphics: zotac GTX 760 2GB
MB: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
RAM: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 8GB
SSD: HyperX Kingstone 120GB
HDD: WD Desktop Blue 1TB

Hey,
Your setup is really good so surely you should go for maximum that twitch can handle if your not a partner with them.
720p@60fps with 3500 bitrate/buffer, cbr and cfr enabled, AAC 128bit should be fine, preset is where you can make a big difference so try out streaming at fast and see how it does.
