I use OBS classic for my streams and in some games it tens do lag a little bit.

My specs ar:

I5-3570 3.4 GHZ
16GB RAM
Windows 10 64 bits
GeForce GTX 670
Avermedia Live Gamer HD lite
8Mb upload


Whats the best settings to stream in twitch and youtube?

I use Nvenc enconding, because in x264, the game lags a little bit more. But if you have better settings tell me, I need it.

NVEnc on a GTX 670 is really bad for streaming. Try x264 again, put it on SuperFast preset to lessen the load. Post an OBS log file once you've made the change from a five minute or longer stream if it doesn't behave right.
