Question / Help Best settings for my pc

I need help setting up my OBS for recording gameplay footage
My comp specs:
Intel i7 core @ 3.60 Ghz
8 GB of RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 745
Here are my encoding, video and advanced settings. I need help to configure them because my video is always laggy while recording.

If you follow the Guide properly it will. Though Im not really sure what i7 you are running but everything starting with the i7 2600k will have no Problem with those Settings.
