Question / Help Best settings for my pc!?

I run a Core i3 3140 3.40 GHZ
8gb RAM
Intel HD 4400
I want to record 480p/720p video at 60fps, please help!!!

You should probably be targeting 480p60 or 720p30 on this hardware.

I tried that but the footage blurs alot and objects on screen become hard to follow
