Hey guys, I am looking for best settings for my PC. If someone could help me to make my stream look good I would be very thankful. My main game that I would like to stream is CS.

My PC:
CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU: Nvidia 770GTX
RAM: 8GB

Internet:
95 Download, 5Mb upload

Oh yeah, and can you tell me what should I upgrade on my PC? Probably everything, I know :/

If you're only playing CS:GO then the first thing I'd do is use the games FPS limiter, which I believe it has one, to limit it to 60fps. This is important so you don't overload your video card and get Rendering Lag on OBS Studio. You might be able to do 720p at 60fps with that setup but it'd be kind of a stretch.

Try 1920x1080 Base Resolution
1280x720 Downscale Resolution in the Video Section. Don't downscale in the Encoder Options.
Set it to 60fps obviously
Bitrate around 3500ish... Any higher and you might have ping spikes.

If you start to have any stuttering or fps lag game side, or rendering lag on OBS then drop your FPS to 30fps. You could also look into using the Nvidia Encoder, NVENC, to free up your CPU from encoding and play without issues. You'd get a small quality drop switching to NVENC but some setups it's worth it. Happy streaming :D
