Best settings for my PC? Encoding overloaded

I am using this for recording primarily.

It is a Dell OptiPlex 5480 AIO running Windows 11 21H2
Processor: Intel Core 10500T CPU @2.30 GHZ
8 GB RAM.
Graphics Card: Intel UHD Graphics 630

8 GB of RAM is 8 GB less than needed/recommended.

Anyway, simple run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu), apply the recommended settings and restart OBS. If your computer can handle it, it will work.

my old pc had 8gb of ram and worked fine with the settings i use

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu), apply the recommended settings and restart OBS. Test.
