What type of game will you stream? First-person? Third-person? Side-scroller?

Your bitrate is the most limiting factor I would stream at 1500bitrate/buffer, downscale to 616p or 720p, 30fps audio codec 41k @ 96kbits/s

First-person game's
due to your bitrate, you are limited to what resolution/frames per second you can stream at. you could do 480p @ 60fps, 540p @ 48fps or 720@30fps. realize that at lower bitrates, lower resolutions will look better due to pixelation from the limited upload.

480@60 will look smooth but not all text will be readable and slight pixelation
540@48 will be somewhat smooth and text will be readable in a windowed mode but somewhat blurry.
720@30 will look like a normal stream and text will be readable but pixelation could be an issue.

you could play with the x264 preset a little but I wouldn't go any lower than fast. CPU preset will allow for less pixelation even with the limited bitrate. if this lags your game, raise the x264 preset a little faster.

Ok thanks.
What is padding CBR ? Turn it on or off ?
Use CBR or no ?
encoder profile main or high ?
CFR on or off ?
And turn on encode in Full Range ?

Thanks

Padding yes - it puts in static data to ensure the stream stays live when nothing is happenning and also set the network to allicate that specific bandwidth. this helps on both twitch's end and your ISPs.

CBR yes; pretty much the same reason as above.

profile main allows compatability with mobile devices and high is only needed for 1080@60fps (to which most mobile devices can't view without transcoding; partnered)

CFR no; only enable if you plan to record locally or edit the stream later in a video editing software.

encode to full range??? where is this setting?
