Best settings for my laptop

So I have Windows 10 and this is the specs, but whenever I want to record, the video lags when I watch back my recording. Anyone can help meh?

Intel(R)
Celeron(R) CPU
N3060
1.60GHz
4GB RAM

before it lags, the recording was smooth, so maybe my laptop has a problem
