Hey, i want to stream WoW and i dont get my best settings, cause it just pixelate and my ping goes high if i want to improve my bitrate.

Do you guys have any Settings to get my Stream watchable with this Uploadspeed?
Would be very very nice.
Here are my Computer Specs:
Intel Core i3-550 @3,2ghz (seems to be quadcore, cause taskmanager shows it as quadcore)
nVidia GeForce 315
3gb Ram (i know thats not much)
Hope i will get some settings.
btw: i can stream League of Legends in 720p with really good quality if i have 2,5mb upload with over 90fps..
but with my 1mb upload dunno what i have to take..
