Question / Help Best settings for my computer

I was wondering what the best settings are for my computer
I'm looking to record not stream.
  • Intel(R)_Core(TM)_i5-6400_CPU_@_2.70GHz
  • Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
  • 8 GB RAM
If I need to list anything else out I will

settings for what, recording or streaming? the link Ferretbomb linked is for local recording only. Yes, everything's fine here.
