I have searched everywhere, I have found nothing that can help me. Can someone please help me find the best settings for Minecraft, obviously in OBS. Thanks in advance.

Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 Ghz
RAM: 16GB

720 @ 30fps would be your starting point. you didn't specify if streaming or local recording. if streaming test your twitch bandwidth here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
if just local recording see here: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/
Note that you do not want to use local recording settings with streaming.
