I like how you copy pasted a a bunch of crappy settings from a 3 year old post.

I say that because 1. with local recording presets are best, and use the super or ultrafast ones. 2. with local recording, you can just raise the bitrate for more quality. in your case, I'd use ultrafast preset and follow this guide https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/
