Question / Help Best Settings for me?

Hey,

can anyone tell me the best Settings (Resolution, Bitrate, Puffer etc.) for my Internet Speed?
I know, its not the best, but i hope Streaming is possible, without lags while gaming!

with this low upload i'd recommend going with a resolution downscale by 1.5 which would be 1280x720 also check cbr if you are not experiencing any ping issues i'd stay with your current bitrate

Ive set it to 1.5 (1280x720).
I should use CBR, yes?
What Bitrate i should use? Actually ive set Bitrate to 1200 and Puffer also 1200.
 
already answered everything.

cbr checked cbr padding checked
bitrate 1200 / buffer 1200 as it is right now

also check cbr if you are not experiencing any ping issues i'd stay with your current bitrate
