Question / Help Best settings for me

Hi,
First i want to apologize every1 for my poor english - it's not my native language.

I have few problems - after upgrading my PC i have problems with streaming. Im experiencing in-game lags but at my old PC with i guess good configuration i havent any problems with it. So i ask you to help me setup obs propertly (i used optimizer and tried those setttings but it didnt work) Im streaming only League of Legends. Im using webcam, overlay, game capture and monitor capture (if im not in game)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: Kingston (1300 mhz i guess - dont remember) 4096MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Motherboard: Asus H87 PLUS
Soundcard: Asus Xonar DG
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Sorry - i couldnt get in to game to provide this log, so i just turned stream on for few minutes. (with this setting i experience in-game lags)

The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. In the first scene, have a Window Capture of the LoL client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game. Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to automatically swap between them: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785

Also in your Asus Xonar DG settings, make sure GX mode is turned off.
