Question / Help Best Settings for me to Record CSGO?

I have a laptop and want to record csgo games with OBS. Not stream. Please help em find the best settings for me. Here are my specs:

OS:64 Bit Windows 10
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-4025U CPU @ 1.90GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
Ram: 6.00 GB
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family


Any help is appreciated. If I need to put more specs please tell me.

480@30fps. you have a laptop with an i3, which is not meant to do much of anything on the CPU so dont expect any more than that.
