Hello! I am looking for the best settings for me. Please help me.. I am new to the livestreaming game, but have been doing YouTube for about 3 years. Thanks!

Specs:
processor: AMD A4-3420 APU duel core @ 2.80GHz
RAM: 8gb DDR3
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 650 1GB
Network: 35 up/4.3 down

streaming with such a weak cpu is going to be hard... to be honest with you

Also, I agree that the system might be a little weak for streaming, you my have to stream with a lower resolution, but feel free to try it out and test.
