Question / Help Best Settings for LoL streaming?

Hey guys I'm currently trying to stream League of Legends but whenever I stream my in game FPS drops to an average of 45, I cap it at 60 an it usually stays that except for when I stream it immediatelly drops, is there any particular settings I can use to keep it higher?

What are all the windows you are trying to capture with the 4 Window Captures in a single Scene?

If reducing it to a singel Capture method in a Scene fixes it then great though Im not sure how well Game Capture on Notebooks work.

For your hardware, weak Hardware CPU/GPU isnt really what you want for streaming.
