Question / Help Best Settings for GTX 750 (not ti)

My Specs:
GTX 750 2gb
i5 3470 @ 3.2 ghz
8 gb DDR3 ram

What are the best settings for my specs? I'm fairly new to OBS, so I've looked up numerous videos on YouTube, but all of them are very laggy.

I would say shoot for 720p30 using NVENC. It's not possible to be more specific with so little information; settings are all very content-specific.
