Question / Help Best settings for csgo?

I want to record videos with obs so I can have an overlay.

I am pretty new to this sort of thing, so any comments involving settings for obs would be very appreciated!

your cpu is really just plain bad.

so you might get away with 720p30 on ultrafast preset (might already be the upper limit) though 540p is more realisitc for recording.

i'd actually suggest you to use the qsv since its supported on your cpu or nvenc, nvenc is probably the easiest at this point.
