Question / Help Best Settings for an Amd A10 Raedon7

I was wondering, if anybody could upload the OBS settings for this computer, so that i have no fps drop in-game.
Processor: AMD A10-7850k Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 3.70GHz
Ram: 16.0 GB
Graphics: GeForce GTX 960
Windows: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

You will always have FPS drop in games while livestreaming. Real-time video encoding is a VERY computationally-heavy task.
AMD APUs are notoriously anemic.
Try downloading the OBS VCE branch build, see if that may help. It will not eliminate the drop, but may help to reduce it.

Unless you are a Partnered streamer, 720p@30fps, 2000kbps is the 'golden point' for streamers, even if you have more upload rate available.

im at a Resolution Downscale of 746x466 at 30fps and 3500kbps, I have fps drop, but i didnt notice it in cs-go, it stays at 100fps. I have no problem with this, but in Dota2 i have drops up to 30 fps, are my settings not optimized, or is normal such a frame drop with this computer. Thanks for the quick response
