Question / Help Best settings for a trashy laptop

Hello. I'm just getting into recording gameplays but I have a rly trashy laptop and I can't rly afford a new PC to run OBS with decent FPS. Here's my Specs:
Intel Celeron 2957U 1.40GHz
4GB ram
Intel HD Graphics
64-bit system

Use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard. This will generate settings suited to the capabilities of your hardware. Although your hardware isn't fit to support a game and at the same time a recording app. Recording is a very resource intensive process, as resource intensive as any game you play, so you try to run double the load on your machine that already can barely keep up with the load of the game alone, I suppose.

The one saving grace is that your CPU does support QuickSync, so at the very least you would be able to use that as your encoder. But that is still a lot to ask that poor computer to do to get there.
