best settings for 720p60?

I want to record Celeste smoothly. current settings apparently just gives 720p, not the 60 frames
I use clipchamp to edit my clips and always set it to 720p

Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon 200GE with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3200 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Ram: 16 gb
OS: Windows 10
Gpu: Integrated gpu in processor

Current Settings:
Output Mode: Advanced
Encoder: AMD HW H.264 (AVC)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 6000kbps
Canvas Resolution: 1920x1080
B Frames: 2
Profile: High
FPS: 60

Don't use CBR for recording but some quality based rate control.
Use Tools > Auto Configuration Wizard.
Given the low computing power of your CPU and GPU, there is probably no way to record higher resolution and fps.

A rate control such as CQP where you don't set a bitrate but instead a quality value. It's usually a value between 0 and 50, where lower values mean higher quality. 18-25 are good values for these rate controls. In simple output mode you have a nice dropdown list for quality.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
