Question / Help Best Settings for 720p Stream

Can you guys suggest me some settings for a 720p stream on Twitch?
Here is my pc:

CPU: i7 7700k
VGA: Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 970 G1 Gaming Edition
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16 GB, 2x8 GB DDR4, 3000 MHz, CL15 XMP 2.0 Enthusiast
Motherboard: Intel 1151 Asrock Z270 Extreme4
SSD: Samung EVO 850 250GB

Try starting OBS, going to Tools and running the Auto Configuration Wizard, it's included in version 19.0.0 and up
