Best Settings for 1080p YouTube Streaming

Hi. I'm new to using OBS. I am setting it up to live stream to my YouTube channel. I am filming at 1080p 50fps. What are the best settings for getting a 1080p playback? The default bitrate is 2500kbps. Should I go higher? I did a test and the highest I could get is 720 60fps.
