Question / Help Best setting for this crappy laptop?

I have a laptop and yesterday I could stream perfectly, but now the program will just drop frames and frames and frames, also the little-square-thingy at the bottom is usualy red or yellow.

What settings are you using?
Because I used to have the same problem, but I ended up fixing it
