Question / Help Best Setting for Streaming

Hi I have been using OBS for my twitch for about 4 months now and I still can't fine the best settings and I would love some help Here is some of my Pc spec and Internet speed.

Video Card: Radeon R9 290

Processor: AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.90GHz

Memory: 8GB Ram

My internet Upload speed is 0.86Mbps and Download is 1.4Mbps even though I have Fibre Optic.

Can anyone give me and suggestions on the best settings

not trying to stream at all :x

your gpu is fine

but your cpu is meh then again you could do 720p30@veryfast just fine, probably.

yet your upload is more than insufficient for streaming

all you can do is find a bitrate where you wont get ping problems and then downscale as far as possible so the bitrate can actually work with the resolution and wont look like 2 blurred pixels

I just found out I was using an unreliable website I have done my internet on a new website about 4 times and got an average of 2.64 Download and 2.67 Upload

What settings should I have for best stream quality Sorry about that.

well then i would try starting with 1800bitrate and see how it goes i wouldnt really go over 2000 in your case so around 1800 should do its job

using a resolution of 1280x720 and 30 fps
cbr checked
cfr checked
and preset on default (veryfast)

if you done testing for ~10 minutes make sure, if possible, to post a vod and a log
