Question / Help Best setting for streaming and recording

Hello I have been using OBS Studio for a while now and I have looked at many tutorials for having the best quality for streaming and recording I would appreciate it if any of you could help me.
Here's a screenshot of its specs tell me if you need anything else.
I also have a GTX 1060 but in not sure if that helps in any way

Do you use different audio tracks? Because if you don't, the easiest thing to do is using Simple output mode and select Indistinguishable quality.
That will save you a lot of headaches and will give you the best compromise with the encoder you choose (x264, NVENC, QuickSync...)
