Question / Help Best setting for low pc

Hi guys,

Can I ask a little help?
I can't find a good settings in OBS to not lagging. I'm still not sure in that if my pc is enough strong for streaming. It's in my plans to build a stronger pc but now this is what I have.
-IntelCore i3-4340 / AMD FX-6300
- 6GB RAM
-nVidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
-upload speed:7.61 Mbps

Do you have any idea what would be the best setting? - if there is and my pc is enough for streaming

You can't really stream with that PC. You could probably record with it, but unless you're playing a game with a very static screen, like a card game or something like that, you would have to turn the quality settings down so much that it wouldn't be worth doing.
