Question / Help Best Setting for i5 7200U ?

Hy!
Can u give me the best settings for my pc for 720p streaming/recording?
I had some problems with the obs , always the video is blocking .

My PC:

Intel Core i5 7200U - 7 Generation
nVidia GeForce 940MX
8 GB Ram DDR4

I need the best settings and the best quality possible for my laptop and for my stream/video

I will play these games:
CS:GO
Minecraft
League Of Legends
Dishonored
Call Of Duty
Assasin's Creed Syndicate
And if i can GTA 5

Hi,

can you stream and repost a obs log after that session using the setting you had when it was blocky?

checking the 7200u cpu isn't going to be coping well with x264 endcoding which is best for streaming
