Best reocrd settings for stream pc?

Hi i have a gtx 1070 i7 6700k 16gig ram @3200 and the elgato 4k60 pro mk2 card i only use this pc for recording gameplay whats the best settings for this setup? and could i push 120 Fps?

Should be possible, you'll need to test. All the info is contained in this doc. Look at Table 3 & the Preset Migration Guide for the exact encoding settings that should be used with your GPU.
