Question / Help Best Recording Settings?

Hello, my name is XplosionGamer and I am generally new to recording software. I am currently using OBS to record gameplay footage. Are there any reccomendations for the settings I should use?
Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4510U
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 M275
Tell me if there are any more specifications you need from me.
