Question / Help Best recording settings for me?

Hi I've just got OBS recently and I can't seem to get the right recording settings, any recommendations? Would be appreciated, thanks.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-4790k CPU @ 4.00GHz
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB
16GB RAM

Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard

It will ask you some basic questions about what you want to use OBS for, run some tests on your machine, and provide some baseline settings to start with.
