Question / Help Best Recording Settings for CS:GO Surfing?

I'm looking to record (not stream) CS:GO at either 720 60 or 1080 60. I'm wondering what the best settings are. Here are my specs:

Windows 10
AMD FX 8320
R9 280X
2x 500GB HDD
8GB RAM

If you click resouces above then guides, you will find most of what you are looking for. above is a direct link to it.

note that the 8350 isn't as strong of a CPU as most intels so 8 cores don't perform as an 8 core intel. This is just fact.
expect to have to change preset to superfast or ultrafast
