Question / Help Best RECORDING Quality and performance

Post your log, so that ill be able to help.I need some help from an experienced OBS user. I record CS:GO and It looks alright, and may have some slight lag spikes on higher quality. I would appreciate some good encoding settings for getting the highest quality and fps.

If you're just recording, use those settings instead.
Your current ones... I have no idea where those came from, but they won't work well at all.
