What are the best custom settings for quicksync that give less performance hit,,don t mind dropping a little bit in the quality.

QuickSync shouldn't offer hardly any of a performance hit as the CPU's GPU is doing the transcoding.

Yeah ,but there is a small performance hit still

how big is small? you may be chasing a something that you'll end up putting in effort for no or very little return. I use x264 transcoding and I find it very acceptable of a hit since i don't like the QuickSync transcoding output.

the hit is of about 5to 13 fps

That does seem to be a bit much.

I use quick sync and the performance hit is negligible on cpu and gpu, maybe your hard disk is too slow? Are you recording to another hard drive? or to your main?
I m recording to another drive,but even if I record to my main drive wich is an ssd the fps drop is the same.
