Question / Help Best Quality with my Rig?

Hey there, i was wondering if i could get some help here. I want to be able to stream both FPS and other games, without ingame lag and stream lag.

Can you guys help me figure out what settings i should use with this rig?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz

8192MB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

Resolution - 1920x1080 (I've heard that if i play and stream in a lower Resolution it will help?)

Internet Upload Speed - 5mb

i think http://obsproject.com/estimator can help you, i think jim or other admin, should add a button of estimator next to contact or something on the site.
