Can you tell me best qualities settings? My PC configuration is:

GTX 670
16GB 2133 Mhz RAM
I will stream League of Legends, Assassin's Creed III and other.
With default settings stream quality isn't good. Is there are and game settings like "borderless" or etc which are better than default settings?
