Question / Help Best Quality for my Stream?

Hey, I'm trying to stream with the best possible settings with my elgato and my xbox one with OBS.
I have been using it for a while but just wanted to see what would be the best options as far as my bitrate and what cpu encoder to use.

My specs:
i7 @ 3.4GHz
8GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4600

My internet:
10 ping
115 down
20-25 up

I usually use 3500 bit rate, but my streams never end up looking for that good. But when I stream with the elgato software, the quality is crystal clear. But when streaming with obs is just doesn't look that great.

Here is an example:

Streaming with OBS:

Streaming with Elgato software:

Just wondering how to make my stream using OBS the same quality it is with the elgato software. I like OBS way better because it's way more customizable, so I am really hoping there is answer to get my quality straight.

Hopefully someone can help, thanks!

Did you set the resolution in the properties of the elgato source to 1080p?

Pretty much. Make sure your stream base resolution is also 1080p if you want to actually stream at 1080p.

So I did that and made my resolution 1080p and it still doesn't reach the quality my elgato does. I'm not sure what it is :( It's not like my stream is lagging at all either, it's vey weird
