Question / Help Best possible Stream Settings?

Hey Guys!
I'm currently new to streaming, and I was wondering if I am able to stream with my shitty equipment.

I own a GTX 560 TI videocard, 8gb RAM and a AMD Phenom II X4 955 CPU.
Resolution: 1920x1080

Internet: 1.6mb Download, 1mb Upload.

The CPU and Upload speed are lacking, but you can try to get a very low resolution, low bitrate, low fps stream running.
