Hello good people, I have an extremely low end pc and I really want to get into streaming (then edit my streams and upload them to YouTube) but I do not know if it is possible with my current build. I'm just trying to get a decent looking stream at like 480p for YouTube. Are there any setting that i can change that might help me get a better looking stream? Thank You

Edit: I have found these settings to do probably the best that my limited knowledge can, any better tweaks would be greatly appreciated :)
