I have a use case where I have a three camera setup on a machine streaming over wifi. The network is solid and the stream works well - right up until I grab an NDI audio feed from a wired machine on the same network (goes from an old analogue mixer to a pc, then transmitted NDI to the streaming machine). The network and physical constraints mean I can't get the audio without going through the wired machine and *somehow* getting it to the wifi streamer. The stream crashes consistently within a few minutes of adding the NDI audio-only source. Other NDI elements don't seem to cause the same issue.
I am troubleshooting the NDI issue causing the crash, but I am hoping someone has a better way to get the audio I need into my wifi-only streaming computer. I'm looking at using VLC to stream the audio, but I'm guessing it will lag too much to be useful. Open to any suggestions from the smart people here. :)
