Hey I was wondering what's the best OBS settings for my Comp? Also any guide on improving sound quality from a headset?

• AMD 6300 Vishera Six-Core (Processor)
• ASRock Extreme 4 AM3+ AMD (Motherboard)
• G.Skill Sniper 2 X 4gbs(Ram)
• Two Monitors
• QuickFire XT (Mech Keyboard)
• Mionix NAOS 8300 (Mouse)
• Logitech G35 Headset
