Question / Help Best OBS Settings?

i7 7700K 4.5GHz (might bump up to 4.7GHz later)
G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
GTX 1660Ti 6GB GDDR6
Z270 Killer SLI/AC Motherboard (in case you need to know)
I always play CS:GO every day, I use OBS open for clips ( https://www.youtube.com/breezetix )
I get 300-350+ fps average

Rarely I get FPS drops/stutters in OBS while recording and streaming.

Here's the log incase you need it:

1) Run OBS as admin;

2) Enable "Game mode", under Windows 10 settings, "Gaming" category;

3) Set Colour range to 709;

4) For recording, switch to:

Encoder: NVENC (new)
Rate control: CQP, set somewhere between 16-23 (lower values = higher quality and larger filesize)
Preset: Quality
Lookahead: Disabled
Psycho Visual Tuning: Disabled

Can't recommend streaming settings because the log contains no streaming session.

5) Cap your ingame FPS to 120.
