Question / Help Best Obs settings for Twitch

Hello!

I want to mainly play CS:GO on my twitch account,i hope you guys can help me to find the best settings.

Motherboard: Gigabyte H61MA-D3V
CPU: Intel Core i5-3350 3.1 ghz
Memory:8 GB ddr3
VGA: Gigabyte HD 7850 2GB GDDR5

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Windows Resolution: 1920 x1080 (16:9)
CSGO Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (16:9)

Ingame Fps without streaming:150-250 FPS

Please help me to find good fps without dropped frames and lag.
 
There's nothing like universal best settings. You have to find out what works best FOR YOU.
 
But i would like to give me some tip for this requierements,cause i've setuped OBS and it lagged ,and i had so many dropped frames
