Question / Help Best OBS Settings for Streaming

I had to reinstall OBS and lost all my settings I had previously. Also all the suggested settings I can find for OBS are out of date cause its for the old version. I need some assistance making sure I have the best settings for my build. I'd like to stream at 720p.
