Question / Help Best OBS settings for my PC?

I'm mainly going to be streaming CSGO. Here are my specs:

Windows 10 Pro
Intel Xeon CPU E3-1286 v3 @ 3.70GHz
16.0 GB ram
500gb SSD
1tb HDD
Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 TI

Upload: 124.50 Mbps
Download: 12.25 Mbps (While there are 2 other computers + phones on the internet)

I want to provide a high quality stream for the viewers, but I want to have it run well for me also.

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, assuming you're streaming to Twitch and aren't Partnered. x264, Veryfast or lower.
