My pc configuration:
CPU: AMD FX 8300
RAM: 16 GB RAM 1866 MHZ
GPU: GTX 970 G1 GAMING
OBS IS INSTALLED ON A 120 SSD V300
GAMES I RUN ARE INSTALLED ON A 240 SSD.
OS: Windows 10 pro 64 bits
GPU driver: latest
My internet conection is Fiberlink 1000 ( 1 gb ).
I do live streaming on youtube.
The game look like this after some tests:

Tried to stream at 1080p HQ
The requirement for that are:
Type Video Bitrate Mono Audio Bitrate Stereo Audio Bitrate 5.1 Audio Bitrate
1080p 50,000 kbps 128 kbps 384 kbps 512 kbps
I get the following problem:

What i do wrong ?
